From 1999-2001, she served on the Program Approval Committee with members of the Education Department to help revise the college’s Education program to meet the new state guidelines in teacher certification. Previous to her work at Providence College, Michele was Director of Choral Activities at Stonington High School for twenty-four years where she was selected as 1996-97 Teacher of the Year for the school district.
